As for me, I have already expressed a very positive opinion on this solution, which represents in my opinion a big step forward, considering how useful it can be in times of emergency. The platform is extremely simple and fast to use. It allows in a few minutes to define the entire contractual part, avoiding long wasted time in having to organize the subscription and direct recovery from the customer of the original paper copies, which have to be then sent to the Ucm for scanning and system insertion. It also certainly reduces paper waste, allowing the contract archiving in an orderly manner, whether the documents are in a closed or standby status.
I honestly didn’t find any negative points.
