B2B/B2G eInvoicing (e-Fatura) and B2C eReporting (a-Arsiv)
Adoption timeline
- 2014: B2B eInvoicing
- March 2021: mandatory eInvoicing for public procurement contracts
- July 2023: mandatory invoice declaration to TRA portal for businesses with an annual invoice volume >3 MLN (TRY) or approximately euro 140K
- 1 September 2023: mandatory QR code for invoices, e-invoices, e-waybills, and e-archives
