Scope
B2G eInvoicing mandatory for all businesses that supply goods and/or services to the Austrian Public Authorities
Adoption timeline
- January 2014: mandatory e-invoicing for B2G transactions with central PAs
- April 2019: all Austrian public entities must be able to receive and process e-invoices following the European standard (EN-16931), transposing the Directive 2014/55/EU
